General Manager (08615) - 13235 St Rd 52 #105 Job Type: Full-time Overview Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. Responsibilities You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring the same from your crew. Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, scheduling, store image, adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Program and Growth Opportunities Paid Training through our Management Development Program designed to train and certify assistant managers for advancement. Program supports both limited-experience individuals and those with prior experience, with options for self-paced learning and fast tracking. Only store managers may apply for franchising opportunities after meeting requirements (e.g., having managed a Domino's store for at least one year). Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
