NELOGIS provides process-oriented, cost-effective solutions for training, procurement, warehousing, transportation management, staff augmentation and support, and bulk and retail fuel operations and distribution in domestic and austere locations.Job DescriptionNELOGIS is seeking a Site Manager to support DLA Distribution San Diego (DDDC). DDDC’s primary mission is to manage and execute efficient and effective receiving, storage, inventory, packaging, Care of Supplies in Storage, stock control, stock selection, issue processing, packing, shipping, and distribution of repair parts and secondary items in support of on-base, local, and worldwide customers.ResponsibilitiesPossess the knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and successfully complete the work.Provide overall supervision for NELOGIS employees to include, but not limited to, planning and managing the contract professionally.Coaching and mentoring supervisors and leads ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources while maintaining transparency.Ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided.Effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of services ordered.Execute cost-saving factors and quality controls to ensure work is performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost.Provide overall management coordination and serve as NELOGIS’ central point of contact (POC) with the Government for all work under the contractQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Distribution Management, Business Management, or Business AdministrationAt Least 5 years of experience in Distribution Management or at least 10 years of progressive management experience in distribution operationsMinimum of 3 years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past 5 years.Must have experience utilizing the new DLA Distribution Center Warehouse Management (WMS) that replaced the Distribution Standard System (DSS).Individuals currently serving as a Site Manager will be considered qualified, competent, and eligible.Must be eligible to obtain and retain a U.S. Secret ClearanceAdditional InformationPosition is Full Time Position (40 hrs per week).A plus if currently possesses or previously held a U.S. Secret Clearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
