Team Lead Process Tech Plastic Injection Molding

OverviewHiFyve is hiring a Team Leader in the injection molding industry!Salary: $31-35/hrShift: 3rd shift 10:30 pm - 7 amLocation: Maple Grove, MNResponsibilitiesOrganize shift startup and conduct complete shift turnovers with other teams.Supervise molding personnel in the performance of their duties.Monitor production software for productivity, cycle times, and correct part spect and verify proper machine set-ups before municate issues or concerns with the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Department.Troubleshoot problem molds and spect molding presses and verify Bills of Materials.Visually inspect parts, perform dimensional checks, and ensure packaging/labeling is correct.Maintain accurate documentation of quality issues.Address personnel issues and escalate concerns when needed.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.Perform as Shift Supervisor when required.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExtensive knowledge of plastic injection molding methods, processes, and procedures.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written in English).Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage workflow.Supervisory experience.Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing puter literacy and experience with production monitoring software.Forklift certification/experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
