OverviewManager Regulatory Affairs Crop Biologics at IFF is a remote or hybrid role (U.S. preferred) leading regulatory and product safety strategy for Crop Biologicals products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to enable product development and launches, support biosafety and industrial hygiene practices, and promote sustainable crop protection and nutrition solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage regulatory and product safety strategy for Crop Biologicals products venture within IFFDrive regulatory initiatives to enable product launches in the U.S., with phased international expansionOversee regulatory activities across federal, state, and global jurisdictionsEnsure compliance with requirements for biopesticides, biofertilizers, and biostimulantsCollaborate with external consulting firms and internal stakeholders on product registrations and submissionsProvide regulatory input throughout the product lifecycle, from development to commercializationMonitor global regulatory trends and evolving standardsPartner with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities to support advocacy effortsCollaborate with global EHS and Product Stewardship experts to implement biosafety and industrial hygiene practicesQualificationsMaster’s or advanced degree in Agronomy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field8–10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within agricultural biologicals or related sectorsExpertise in U.S. (EPA FIFRA, USDA PPA, state-level) and international regulatory frameworksStrong project management and organizational skillsExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesExperience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external consultantsAbility to navigate complex regulatory environmentsStrong executive presence when interacting with business leadership and key customer partnershipsWhat Would Make You Stand OutProven leadership in global regulatory strategy for biologicalsExperience with industry associations and regulatory advocacyPassion for sustainability and regenerative agricultureWhy Choose UsLead the global regulatory strategy for a high-impact, sustainability-driven businessBe a key member of a pioneering team shaping the future of farmingHelp bring innovative biological solutions to global marketsSupport regenerative agriculture and reduce chemical dependencyCollaborate with top-tier innovators and thought leadersMake a meaningful impact on environmental stewardship and food systemsCompensation and BenefitsCompensation ($120-$140k) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
