OverviewThe Director, Digital Products is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for driving the vision, development, and performance of digital products within a defined vertical. This role leads cross-functional teams—includ­ing product management, engineering, design, and data—to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that meet user needs and advance business objectives. The Director ensures tight alignment between product strategy and enterprise goals, fosters a culture of experimentation and excellence, and serves as a key voice in shaping the digital roadmap across the organization.What We Offer:Salary: Competitive range of $140,000 - $175,000 per year. This range reflects the budgeted compensation for this role.
