Overview HealthySkin Medical & Cosmetic Dermatology is looking to hire a compassionate healthcare front desk team member, “Director of First Impressions,” to join our growing practice! As a “Director of First Impressions” for HealthySkin Dermatology, our front desk team represents our physicians and staff to all persons they assist over the phone, online, and in person. Responsibilities Appointment scheduling & cancellations Answering phone calls, directing patient calls Patient check-in/check-out Accurate data entry End of day payment balancing Qualifications The right candidate is compassionate, friendly, professional, and a team player. Has the ability to multitask and successfully manage multiple priorities. Follows written and verbal instructions well. Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.
