Our client serves a discerning, luxury residential client base and operates within a sophisticated design-build model, delivering high-touch service and exceptional project outcomes. The ideal individual will understand the nuance and discipline required to serve high-end clientele and lead with a sense of quality, responsiveness, and creative collaboration.The company operates in a growth-focused and quality-driven environment, with current efforts ranging across design/build, maintenance, and estate services. The General Manager will lead day-to-day operations while also shaping the long-term vision for the business. This includes oversight of field execution, estimating, safety initiatives, recruiting, retention, and development of future leadership talent.The organization possesses a deeply held set of values.
