To learn more, visit Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC/Denver area)ResponsibilitiesLead and develop an analytics team to produce data-driven, actionable insights supporting various business functionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to establish business requirements, project scope, prioritization, and timelineManage analytics task and strategy executionCollaborate with clients, vendors, and external partners as needed to acquire and validate data to support reporting effortsLead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover process optimization and automation opportunitiesEnsure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processesPresent results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, finance, and operations teamsSupport the development and implementation of quality controls and departmental standards to satisfy organizational and regulatory requirementsLead internal training sessions to support continued learning and developmentResponsible for the adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncomplianceMinimum QualificationsUndergraduate bachelor’s degree, with record of strong academic performance in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, or Economics preferred (Advanced degree preferred, but not required)6+ years of proven experience in data & analytics, benefits consulting, financial consulting, etc.3+ years in PBM / health plan / healthcare / Medicare experienceExperience working directly with pharmacy claims data and/or medical claims dataProject management and client presentation experience a plusExperience performing complex analyses on large sets of dataKnowledge of data management, statistics, modelingExperience working with structured and unstructured dataExpert in SQL, data analysis, and data visualizationProficient in Python, R, or other scripting languagesExperience with Tableau or an equivalent BI toolProficient in Excel for data analysis and wranglingHistory of leading high performing teams and executing analytics strategyAbility to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously; Familiarity with Agile project management methodologiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh EQ, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including comfort and experience interfacing with internal leadershipExtremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easilyAttention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work productSalary Range$135,000 - $155,000 USDThis position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.Capital Rx values a diverse workplace and celebrates the diversity that each employee brings to the table.
