We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and personable General Manager to lead our team at Dans Cycle, a leading power sports dealership in Hesston, KS. We are a full line Kawasaki, Yamaha and Hustler dealership providing sales, parts and service throughout the region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring financial performance, maintaining efficient operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
