Thunderbird Leadership Consulting is seeking a Director of Business Development to join our executive team and drive growth across healthcare, higher education, and corporate markets. This role will focus immediately on target markets, expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and positioning Thunderbird as a trusted partner in leadership and culture transformation.What You’ll DoLead business development efforts with CEOs, CNOs, CHROs, Presidents, Chancellors, and other executives.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals, and closing.Build and maintain a strong CRM pipelineExpand brand visibility through partnerships and representation at industry events.Collaborate with the executive team to ensure client needs align with Thunderbird’s delivery capacity.Contribute to thought leadership via articles, LinkedIn content, presentations, and events.What We’re Looking For5–7 years in business development, sales, or client growth roles in consulting, professional services, healthcare, higher education, or learning & development.Proven ability to open new markets or expand regional presence.Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect solutions to client ROI.Excellent relationship-building, communication, and emotional intelligence.Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and comfort in growth-stage anized, metrics-driven, and proficient in CRM tools.Other DetailsReports to: COOMember of Executive TeamTravel: 30–40%Thorndbird Leadership Consulting is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
