This position will serve as a General Manager for Clark Beverage Group, Inc. The General manager should have the experience and ability to coach and influence others while growing their capabilities, as well as lead an organization to attain or surpass the goals given to them to meet the Company’s annual plan.Job DescriptionAs a General Manager, this position will report directly to Vice President, General Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your team by coaching and developing their capabilities. You will communicate and execute the sales strategy with your teams in the trade to deliver the Margin, Volume and Operating Cost financial plan for your location while remaining diligent on enforcing the importance of safety in all we do at CBG.To meet these goals, you will need to be active in proper communication with your Area Sales Managers along with your Sales Operations Manager(s) in a manner that is proactive, fair, respectful, and builds capabilities to drive momentum and success of your team. Validate the coaching of your team through frequent/consistent weekly time in the trade to show them, firsthand, how they and their teams can improve and/or celebrate their successes.Growing your total team is critical to the success of growing future leaders at CBG.
