OverviewGeneral Manager(01688) - 131 N Lincoln Dr • Full-timeResponsibilitiesManage all shift activities including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the crew.Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards.Provide great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, manage transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, and maintain daily cleaning of equipment and facility.Qualifications and RequirementsTraining: Orientation and on-the-job training munication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.Essential Functions/Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; make correct monetary change; take and process orders verbally and in writing; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.Ability to deliver under varied conditions, including navigating stairs, multi-story buildings, and outdoor environments while carrying product.Physical capabilities including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, bending, reaching, crouching/squatting, driving and handling equipment safely.Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.Work Environment & Physical DemandsExposure to varying weather conditions; in-store temperatures ranging from 36° to 90°+; exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.Equipment and safety: hot surfaces up to 500° or higher; sharp edges; moving mechanical parts; possible stairs or ladders for maintenance or price changes.Delivery duties may require several deliveries per shift and driving within a designated delivery area.OtherDiversity: We recognize and value the unique talents and contributions of all individuals to create an environment where all team members can reach their highest potential.Advancement: Many team members began as delivery drivers and progressed to roles from assistant manager to general manager, then franchisee or corporate operations.Job Location131 N Lincoln Dr #J-18808-Ljbffr
