Leads the financial integration activities for new entities and monitors performance. Provides financial oversight of PHC joint venture relationships. Ensures the coordination of associated activities across PHC and affiliated entities. Provides best practice industry research, market assessments, and market intelligence reporting. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and other business development activities. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
