Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks a Solutions Project Manager who will be part of the Client Experience team supporting projects in the areas of strategy and implementation, in addition to business transformation and operational excellence efforts. The individual in this role will conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of technology projects across all of our technology practices, including Enterprise Business Applications (HCM, ERP, CRM), Application Development, Data Analytics and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients.Job Duties:Provides project management leadership for full implementation, assessment and optimization engagementsEnsures that BDO's project governance framework is applied to projects and that governance documentation is maintained, published and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standardsEnsures that the BDO Project Team follows BDO Implementation Methodology and produces deliverables to standards and on scheduleReviews key deliverables to assure scope and budget remain aligned as well as the contractual terms and scope of assigned projectsProvides input to BDO's Project Management Office (PMO) for ongoing refinement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts and templates; mentors colleagues and provides guidance and supportActs as a client advocate throughout engagements and participates in training of client staff to perform day-to-day activitiesActs as the overall project leadership representative in all areas of client deliveryManages project workstreamsOther duties as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:Owns and drives the completion of key workstreams of associates and senior associates as directed by project leadersMentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultantsQualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Education:High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) or more years of industry experience with technology solutions, required; ORBachelor's degree AND five (5) or more years of industry experience with technology solutions, requiredExperience:Five (5) or more years comprehensive project management experience including the management of budgets, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality, requiredExperience with business process mapping, preferredLicense(s)/Certification(s):PMP, preferredSoftware:Experience with one (1) or more of the following solutions, required:Custom Application DevelopmentData analyticsEnterprise Business Applications (ERP, CRM, or HCM)Microsoft 365CybersecurityMS Project, Jira, Viso, or any other project mapping tool, preferredLanguage(s):N/AOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessionsComfortable engaging with clients on multiple implementations at the same timeKnowledge of change management activitiesExcellent interpersonal and customer relationship skillsStrong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skillsBusiness process analysis, design, and process flow skillsExcels at operating in a fast-paced technical environmentKeywords: Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, Dynamics F&O, Microsoft Finance and Supply Chain Management, Microsoft F&SCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Customer Experience Platform, Business Analyst, BA, Enterprise Tester, Requirements Gathering, User Experience, User Enablement, Data Visualization, Software, Definition, Custom Applications, Data Analytics, Cloud Strategy, SharePoint, Office 365, O365, SFDC, D365, Acumatica, NetSuite.
