The role oversees a period of significant growth and acquisition, with direct P&L accountability and management of sales and logistics teams. The VP/GM reports to the Chief Operating Officer with a dotted line to the EVP Sales & Marketing and drives revenue and profit through direct customer sales, distributor sales, safety and quality assurance, expansion into new segments, distribution, and operational efficiencies.
