While this position may not be immediately available, qualified candidates will be considered for future openings as they arise.As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at OrangeTwist Center(s). You will lead a team of employees, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales and profitability, and maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment. This role requires strong leadership, managerial skills, and a deep understanding of operations.Locations:1634 San Miguel Dr, Newport Beach, CA 92660Schedule: 5 days a week, minimum 4 weekend days a monthCompensation: Up to $200,000 total cashWhat You Will Do:Meets and exceeds company revenue goals and KPIs.Directs, implements, and maintains guest experience and service standards; efficient and professional guest check-in, friendly and educated team members, comfort and cleanliness of procedure rooms and lobby and resolves guest problems and complaints as neededDevelops, implements, and maintains programs/processes to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure front office operations are efficient and profitableProvides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actionsDevelop team and hold accountable to the achievement of product and service sales and profitability goalsPrepares accurate and timely reports and correspondence as needed; responds to corporate requestsSubmit schedule and staff hours to Regional Director for approval to ensure proper payroll management and adequate center coverage.Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflowEnsures Center operations are maintained through appropriate planning and implementation of operations processes including; ordering supplies, inventory, security system, overall cleanliness, equipment maintenance and compliance with OSHA regulations.Schedule education trainings and workshops with vendors and clinical operations, as needed, to provide staff with continuing education.Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host successful events.Be aware of and comply with all federal, state and local labor and employment laws applicable to employees at the Center including licensure of Estheticians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Registered NursesSupervising physician will delegate management tasks (scheduling, approving PTO, etc.) to the center manager for medical providers in the centerQualifications:College Degree or equivalent.Minimum 2 experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar roleMinimum 2 experience in leadershipMinimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar (Preferred)Forward-thinking, transparent, and inclusive company cultureCompetitive salary, incentive plan, generous paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays401k employee contributions, FSA, HSA, and dependent care optionsContinuing education with our own UniversityEmployee referral bonus program, employee resource groups, and professional developmentAll benefits dependent on role and eligibilityAll candidate email communication will be done through an @ email address.
