Overview Base pay range: $43,888.00/yr - $69,572.00/yr You will have a high level of accountability for all store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. You will drive high-performance results within a fast-paced, solutions sales environment and focus on optimizing customer and employee experience. You will act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager, complete trainings, and attend weekly sales leadership calls. You will motivate your team to do their best in every guest interaction. Responsibilities Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team. Working through teams to teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time. Attracting and retaining top-caliber employees. Brand advocate for Victra. Providing ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives. Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store. Ensuring store employees meet and/or exceed defined, monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time and fully. Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives. Maintaining the performance of your store by running retail inventory compliance. Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports. Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalizing on existing customer base. Owning store success and taking ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions. Owning all guest escalations and providing a timely resolution. Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow up. Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring they provide guests with a complete solution to meet current and future needs. What We Are Looking For You thrive in a sales environment and enjoy developing and motivating a team. You set high goals and know how to motivate others to achieve them. You are open to new ideas, relate well with a variety of people, and are attuned to others’ needs to ensure they can perform at their best. You know you’ve succeeded when your team is delivering. You Will Need To Have 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment. Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals. Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment. Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team. Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge. High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift ten pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
