OverviewAesthetic Injector (NP, PA, or ARNP) — Naples, FL • Full-Time • On-Site • Competitive CompensationWe’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Injector to join our growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a provider who values artistry, safety, and exceptional patient care, and who is eager to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient consultations to understand goals and build long-term client relationshipsPerform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and careEducate patients on products, services, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal resultsMaintain treatment rooms in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standardsCollaborate with team members to deliver best-in-class client experiencesParticipate in ongoing training, team meetings, and marketing eventsMentor newer team members and contribute to a positive, growth-focused cultureSet and meet performance goals for treatment outcomes and client satisfactionQualificationsValid NP, PA, or ARNP license (required)1–2 years of hands-on experience with injectables in a MedSpa or aesthetic clinicOSHA and HIPAA certified (or willingness to obtain)Experience with lasers, microneedling, body contouring, or skin tightening is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about aesthetics, patient safety, and continuing educationBehavioral TraitsProfessional, reliable, and detail-orientedFriendly, positive, and team-orientedComfortable working independently in a fast-paced settingCommitted to delivering exceptional patient care and natural-looking resultsMOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
