OverviewJoin to apply for the Partner, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $800,000/year USD role at Trilogy.2 Hour Learning is on a mission to revolutionize K–12 education across the U.S., launching 25–30 campuses in the next six months. Each campus will require new constructions, significant upgrades, and robust operational systems. You will lead national facilities initiatives with budgeting, hiring, and strategic execution responsibilities.What You Will Be DoingCommand the national facilities strategy: overseeing new constructions, major enhancements, and sustainable operational systems across 25–30 campuses.Lead and grow a dedicated team (SVP + VPs + staff), with complete P&L responsibility for the facilities division.Set and enforce international standards for procurement, security, furnishing, networking, and signage.Create and deploy AI-centric playbooks and SLAs to streamline and speed up expansion cycles.Report to the founder while collaborating with legal, finance, and regulatory teams to meet critical launch deadlines.What You Won’t Be DoingProviding recommendations from the sidelines — you'll be the decision-maker.Handling isolated single-site projects — your focus is national and systemic.Maintaining outdated processes — you'll design and implement new, AI-powered frameworks.Waiting for executive direction — this role leads the expansion rather than follows it.Partner Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of facilities nationwide, guaranteeing each campus is student-ready, on schedule, and supported by scalable, AI-driven systems.Basic Requirements10+ years of experience in the field.A proven history of leading complex, multi-site execution projects with strict timelines and significant impacts.Direct leadership experience in new-builds, large-scale upgrades, and operational systems at a national or global level.Hands-on experience with retail buildouts or large-scale maintenance programs where launch readiness and standardization were critical.A demonstrated ability to assemble and manage high-performing teams, with full budget/P&L responsibility.Outstanding structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication fortable working with urgency, autonomy, and accountability in fast-paced or PE-backed settings.U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel approximately 25%.Nice-to-have RequirementsExperience in launching or scaling regulated, multi-site ventures.Background in educational, retail, or healthcare expansion where facilities are a key dependency.A track record of designing and implementing AI-driven operational systems.About 2 Hour LearningEducation is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
