The Plant Director is responsible for safety, quality, and productivity across the plant, meeting customer needs while maximizing operational effectiveness. This role provides daily direction and leadership to all departments and ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures. The Plant Director monitors performance, sets expectations, and develops staff.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDirects, leverages, and guides the work of others; mobilizes resources.Manages two or more direct reports.Monitors and achieves operational and/or financial results for their area of responsibility.Performs people management actions such as hiring, training, developing, and rewarding employees.Contributes to long-term strategy development and develops annual business plans for alignment.Directs the resolution of complex problems requiring in-depth knowledge and critical terprets and modifies company-wide policies and procedures as needed.Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.Defines objectives in collaboration with senior leadership; assesses results from a long-term teracts with and influences senior leadership on significant company matters.Conducts business and technical briefings for senior/executive leadership and external representatives.Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree.The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
