This is not a corporate desk job—it’s an opportunity to live on-site in the Ozark Mountains, lead a passionate team, and directly impact the transformation of The Springs into the region’s most desirable boutique wellness destination.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all daily operations: front desk, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance.Step in operationally when needed—covering the front desk, assisting with guest relations, or troubleshooting issues.Deliver high-touch, guest-first hospitality at every level.Recruit, train, and inspire a lean, high-performing team.Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting.Lead sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy and ADR.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.Provide performance and growth reports directly to ownership.Ordering and procurement of suppliesVendor managementQualificationsProven success as a General Manager or Assistant GM in boutique hotels, resorts, or hospitality.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire.Financial management experience, including P&L oversight.Guest-centric and hands-on—comfortable covering roles when needed.Willingness to live on-site full-time and immerse yourself in the property and pensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $40,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience).On-site housing included.Performance incentives available.Long-term growth opportunities with The Vesta Group as we expand our boutique hotel portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
