OverviewThis is a Full Time regulatory affairs role with our Consumer Brands business unit, focused on Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. Location: Trumbull, Connecticut. This position will manage all regulatory affairs activities for Laundry and Dish categories in the US and support the safety and regulatory compliance of ingredients and packaging.This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and integrated into product development, labeling, packaging development, SDS and ingredients statements, and regulatory inquiries. The role also supports QA and Manufacturing related to inspections, recalls and product reviews by regulatory agencies. A transfer to First Quality is anticipated approximately Q4 2025.What You’ll DoManage all regulatory affairs activities for Laundry and Dish categories in the US, including labeling, product development compliance, packaging development, SDS and ingredients statements, and consumer regulatory inquiries.Assess safety and efficacy of ingredients; stay informed on regulatory developments and communicate relevance to the business.Partner with Marketing, Legal and Product Development to provide regulatory input in support of product development and ensure regulatory requirements are appropriately elevated when needed.Support QA and Manufacturing related to inspections, recalls and product reviews by regulatory agencies.Develop processes and procedures to support regulatory compliance.Prepare and present written and oral presentations to various levels of management.Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and coordinate across departments as needed.What Makes You a Good Fit10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs.Bachelors or graduate degree in a science-related field, law or regulatory science, business administration or public health preferred.Strong communication skills.Ability to manage projects across various departments and teams.SAP experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
