Based in Seattle, you will collaborate with key decision-makers to influence financial performance and shape organizational standards. Your leadership will drive projects like the implementation of the UKG Pro platform, integration of national benchmarks, and optimization of staffing across our entire organization.What You'll DoTrusted Leadership: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior-level partners, crafting strategies to achieve business objectives. Utilize your business and financial expertise to lead initiatives and foster effective implementation. Influence executive-level discussions and drive new thought leadership.Analysis: Lead cross-division analysis to uncover key drivers and trends, optimizing productivity. Develop new analytical tools and frameworks, setting industry-standard practices formation and Reporting: Define and oversee productivity reporting requirements and architecture, partnering closely with IT leadership for seamless execution.Governance and Fiscal Accountability: Manage system-wide productivity governance, balancing needs across divisions and setting targets to support organizational goals.Business Planning: Define business-planning objectives related to productivity, overseeing projects that align with company-wide planning pliance and Risk Management: Develop operational plans for policy implementation, interpret regulatory requirements, identify risks, and recommend changes to ensure compliance.Attract, Develop, and Retain Talent: Build and nurture a diverse team, encouraging a culture of inclusion and engagement. Provide feedback to improve performance and support career growth.Deliver Results Through Teamwork: Communicate strategy and align team goals effectively. Foster collaboration across teams, leverage diverse perspectives, and hold individuals accountable for results.What You'll BringEducational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.Experience: 10 or more years in related roles with leadership experience, preferably in acute care productivity.
