The Resort General Manager will ensure staff receive proper training for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures. The Resort General Manager will also inspect guest rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds ensuring overall cleanliness and appearance. The Resort General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish.
