Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.Position SummaryBenefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).Role pays $300,000.00This position will remain open until November 21, 2025.ResponsibilitiesCreate and deliver profitable collegiate/high school events to OVG venues (e.g., Acrisure Series, etc.)Assist in all aspects of revenue generation to ensure profitability (e.g., ticket sales, sponsorship, premium experiences, broadcast, etc.)Maintain positive relationships with university athletics programs across the countryProvide deep understanding of the evolving collegiate landscapeCreate and execute business plans for collegiate events, including basketball, wrestling, hockey, volleyball, etc.Work effectively and collaboratively within the OVG company environmentRepresent or manage current or former coaches of amateur or professional sports teamsStrengthened by our DifferencesAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
