The Company is seeking a Vice President/Market President for Maricopa County, AZ. This pivotal leadership role is dedicated to driving market performance and achieving operational excellence, with a strong focus on meeting key performance indicators and operating targets.The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end market performance, including P&L management, market planning, and execution. This role requires a strategic leader who can foster effective relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, drive collaboration, and ensure accountability to achieve the company's mission of putting the senior first.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant work experience, preferably in the managed care or healthcare field, and a strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies, contract language, negotiation strategies, and financial modeling. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in operational excellence, quality and compliance, stakeholder engagement, sales, and membership growth.The VP/Market President will also be involved in market strategy, health plan oversight, utilization and cost management, network management, and innovation in product development. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferred, and the candidate should possess strong analytical, customer service, and management skills.
