OverviewYou will have a high level of accountability for all store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. You will drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focus on optimizing customer and employee experience. You will act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager. You will complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls. You know you’ve succeeded when your team is delivering.You Will Need To Have1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory roleManagement experience in a commissions-based sales environmentProven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goalsBalanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environmentSet goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing teamBasic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledgeHigh school diploma or GEDOne or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environmentWillingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periodsAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift ten poundsAbility to stand for long periods of timeTraining RequirementsAll Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
