This is a unique opportunity for ambitious, well-connected sales professionals to become trusted Leadership Advisors to financial executives at Fortune 1000 companies.Business Development professionals work to build emotionally connected, long-term relationships, leveraging the Strategic Networking Relationship Model to identify and develop new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with high-level financial executives to help them implement critical priorities within Fortune 1000 organizations. The team has assisted clients with a wide range of key initiatives and projects, including, but not limited to:Budgeting & Forecasting, Consolidations, Controllership, Divestitures/Carve-Outs, External Audit Preparation and Remediation Efforts, Financial Reporting, Financial Restatements, GL / Month-End Close, IPO Readiness, M&A Integration, Management Reporting, Process Improvement, Project Management, Tax Research and Reporting, Restructuring, SEC & Other Regulatory Reporting, SOX / Internal Audit / Controls, System Implementations, Technical AccountingParticipate in workshops, national meetings, and training programsSupport Managing Directors/Directors in servicing clients and developing new businessEngage in relationship-building and strategic networking activitiesAttend weekly networking events, client dinners, or market functionsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years in accounting and finance business developmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldStrong networking skills – relationship-based salesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsHighly organized with strong follow-throughThrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentAbility and willingness to travel 3–6 times annually (after Year 1 of training)Long-term upside is significant — several leaders earn $500K+ and beyondGenerous paid vacation and sick leavePaid holidaysDisclosure StatementThe job description provided is intended to offer candidates a general understanding of the role, responsibilities, and qualifications.
