This dynamic Assistant General Manager will support all operational aspects, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation, ensuring a solid return on investment. Working alongside the General Manager, the Assistant GM will help implement property-wide strategies, brand service strategies, and initiatives to exceed guest expectations.ResponsibilitiesEnsures that all brand standards are being maintained in each area of the propertyOversees the operation of all hotel property departmentsMaintains current licenses and permits as prescribed by local, state, and federal agenciesProvides a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA/MSDSEnsures compliance with all corporate accounting proceduresCovers front desk shifts as neededEnsures each department has accurate and complete inventory and all supplies are maintainedAssists and approves department managers’ scheduling against guest and hours/occupied room goalsAssists team supervisors and managers with constructive coaching and counselingFocused on guest satisfaction scores and strategies for improvementProvides excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guestsAssists managers in proactive hiring and ensures appropriate staffing levels in all areasQualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of hospitality management experience, preferably in a hotel environmentStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilitiesProven track record in guest satisfaction and employee engagementKnowledge of hotel operations, budgets, and financial reportingAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysBenefits (Full-Time Associates Only)Competitive wagesComprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, and vision plansLife insurance and short/long-term disability options401K options and tuition assistanceDiscounted room rates at Concord managed hotelsTraining, development, and career advancement opportunitiesPerformance-based bonus eligibilityWe’re proud of our unique culture built on our five cornerstones: Quality, Integrity, Community, Profitability, and FUN.
