This role provides vision and oversight for production and sales operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategy. The role will lead cross-functional teams with a focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. By optimizing resources, developing talent, and driving seamless execution across functions, the VP will play a critical role in delivering profitability, scalable growth, and a best-in-class customer experience.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership:Develop and implement the company's overall strategy and vision for growth and profitabilityAdvance strategic plans to maximize returns, minimize risks, and establish short and long-term goalsResponsible for driving innovation and adapting to industry trendsProvide visionary leadership by setting clear expectations and development goalsAnalyze market trends to foresee challenges and identify opportunitiesManage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for overall financial health and profitabilityFoster a positive work environment, promote talent development including coaching, mentoring and succession planningPrepare and deliver executive-level reports and strategic recommendations to C-suite and ownersProduction & Installation Operations:Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize production and installation processes across all locationsResponsible for driving a safety-minded culture and ensuring a safe work environment. Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and complete and on-time deliveryDeliver expected results in five key areas: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory (SQDCI)Cross-functional relationships with Jacuzzi Inc. Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure seamless, customer-first executionSales Strategy & Execution:Drive sales performance by establishing targets and monitoring KPI metrics.Oversight of big-box retail program and strategic expansion, including high-level relationship managementEstablish strategic pricing per market to ensure competitive positioning and profitabilityCollaborate with marketing leaders to drive lead generation initiativesAdditional duties as assignedVP, Production & Sales is the executive leader responsible for the overall success and strategic direction of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel.
