This is an all backend app written in Java 17/21, spring boot, pub sub and hosted into Google Cloud Platform.Summary:This team needs someone who is technical and a strategic thinker, can give direction and can drive filling out a roadmap themselves. This includes researching with UX, understanding technical limitations, what customers are saying they want and doing the research then partnering with the team to turn it into a feature set. They need to have a heavy understanding of OKR's and KPI's and understand data in a complex space, ability to write technical stories and work with engineers to build out a sophisticated backend application.REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience in product managementStrong technically (Java, cloud, SQL, etc.) not a coder, but good understanding to communicate and drive feature sets with the teamExperience being the sole product manager for backend focused applications (do not want someone UI focused)Strong experience building and analyzing OKR's and KPI'sExpertise in agile, communicating with stakeholders and writing user storiesThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
