As the General Manager for this busy corporate headquarters, you are directly responsible for the overall Food & Beverage operation and cost-effective management of the corporate dining program. You will ensure the team achieves financial goals and targets; mentor, motivate, and inspire excellence while wowing our guests and client. Key ResponsibilitiesProficient in all aspects of foodservice management, with a proven track record of successTake ownership of the operation and ensure timelines for service and client requirements are metManage all financials including planning, budget development and analysis, and financial reportingInteract professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients and customersDemonstrate initiative and good judgement in assisting customers, clients, peers and subordinatesConduct management meetingsEvaluate problems quickly and accurately and make appropriate recommendationsAudit units to ensure conformance with Company, government and accrediting standardsHire, train and orientate new management associates Preferred QualificationsB.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus five to seven years of directly related experienceMinimum of five years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferredKnowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, marketing and presentationP&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirableMulti-unit management experience preferredExperience with cash retail operationsRetail marketing experience desirableSupervisory, leadership, management and coaching skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate at management, customer and associate levelsKnowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practicesProficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, Internet)Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification highly desirable Apply and Equal OpportunityApply to Eurest today.
