As a Restaurant General Manager, you will guide your team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and fostering an engaging work environment that reflects the company's values. You will oversee the overall operation of a branded restaurant, managing a team of associates and leaders to serve our guests effectively. Responsibilities: Ensure your team greets all guests warmly to foster loyalty. Demonstrate leadership by building trust, setting clear goals, and maintaining effective communication. Build and develop a strong team through hiring, training, coaching, and leading by example. Manage team performance fairly and consistently, adhering to all laws and company policies. Achieve operational and financial goals, including sales, expenses, and profitability. Oversee food quality and safety standards. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store, including food prep areas and restrooms. Manage quality control, merchandising, safety programs, and other operational guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by the District Manager. Capable of performing essential functions with or without accommodations. Working Relationships: Restaurant staff, managers, district and brand managers, corporate personnel, and vendors. Minimum Education: N/A Preferred Education: High School diploma or GED Minimum Experience: 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role in a restaurant environment Preferred Experience: 1-3 years restaurant experience Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license; Food Safety certification (can be obtained during employment) Soft Skills: Excellent communication and guest interaction skills High energy and adaptability Team-oriented with willingness to assist others Basic computer skills Scheduling: Full-time, including weekends and holidays, with variable hours depending on store needs. Hours & Conditions: Minimum 48-hour workweek. Travel: Approximately 5%, mainly for deposit deliveries, requiring reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for 8 hours, and work in cool environments. Other: Food establishment attire required, including slip-resistant footwear.
