Overview As a Managing Partner, you will grow a team of financial representatives. You will guide and train your team members as they work to meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members in your district. You will attract, recruit, and develop a team of successful financial representatives through coaching, motivating, and mentoring. Responsibilities Attract, recruit, and develop a team of financial representatives. Guide, coach, motivate, and mentor team members to help meet members’ financial needs. Develop one-on-one relationships and contribute to community impact through fraternal programs.
