This role's primary responsibility is overseeing all staff, budgets, and operations of the local business unit, while formulating the overall growth strategy and implementing best practices adhering to the Wisper Way. The General Manager must be a thoughtful leader, a confident decision-maker, and a guide to ensure excellent customer service.
