If you are adaptable, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service, then learn and sharpen your business skills as a Manager for Domino's Pizza by staffing your store, managing costs, and developing your team members, all while in a fun and energetic environment!Minimum requirements include: Minimum Age 18+ years old, Positive Attitude, Self-Motivated, Customer Service Oriented, Willingness to Learn and Excel, Valid Driver's License with a 2 year good driving record, Reliable vehicle, Proof of Liability Insurance.Responsibilities include: operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.Additional responsibilities include: delivering product by car and then to door of customer, delivering flyers and or door hangers, and navigational skills to read a map, locate address within designated delivery area.Qualifications:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.Physical demands include: CROUCHING/SQUATTING: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. REACHING: Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. HAND TASKS: Eye-hand coordination is essential.
