Our Manager in Training program is designed to provide hands-on experience in every aspect of car wash operations, equipping you with the skills to step confidently into an Assistant Manager or General Manager role.From day one, you’ll immerse yourself in our operations, learning the business from the ground up. If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, we want to hear from you!Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities: Execute opening and closing duties following designated procedures.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.Manage and coach team to drive company initiatives and exceed KPIs.Monitor and manage Quality Control factors, including customer experience, product & service standards, scheduling, and labor cost control based on historical performance and seasonality.Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers by enforcing safety procedures.Identify and report safety or maintenance issues to management.Provide friendly, professional service to exceed customer expectations.Handle vehicles with extreme care to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.Maintain a clean and organized property at all times.Perform location cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping work as directed by leadership.Facilitate and assess damage claims.Leadership & Team Development: Learn and implement the company’s coaching and training municate effectively with employees, customers, peers, and management at all levels.Motivate employees to perform job tasks efficiently and effectively.Support company initiatives, including marketing, promotions, sales, customer service, and talent management efforts.Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to team success by completing related tasks as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by management.What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED equivalentMust be at least 18 years of age2+ years of supervisory experience leading teamsAbility to transfer to other locations within the designated districtAdaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environmentCommunication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skillsFlexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditionsSchedule: Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidaysWork Environment: Outdoor and Indoor Settings: Primarily work outdoorsWeather Conditions: Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and windNoise Levels: Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehiclesTeam Collaboration: Frequent interaction and collaboration with colleagues and customersFast-Paced: High pace, especially during peak hoursCustomer Interaction: Regular engagement with customersPhysical Activity: Prolonged periods of standing and walkingManual tasks and operating equipmentStamina and endurance throughout the shiftWhy Super Star Car Wash: Super Star Car Wash isn’t just a place to get your car washed.
