Our focus is on education and community impact, ensuring we serve our customers’ needs with high standards and integrity.Essential Functions of the General Manager include:Ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulationsManaging and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer serviceMaintaining safety and satisfaction for customers and employeesProviding education and development for staff on cannabis products and consumption methodsSetting and exceeding sales, service, and profit goalsCollaborating with inventory and procurement teams to ensure quality supplyFulfilling staffing needs and managing schedulesCoaching staff regularly to uphold service excellence and labor practicesAnalyzing dispensary performance data and regulatory documentsPreparing reports, business correspondence, and manualsDeveloping and implementing operational plans and policiesTracking financial, inventory, and customer trendsManaging sales and inventory software systemsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experienceAt least five years in retail managementExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and computer skillsPassion for serving the Michigan cannabis communityMust be at least 21 years old and available for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
