Able to articulate all components of the organization's continuum of care, guiding patients and families to necessary services.QualificationsEducation/Regulatory Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred (in health-related or human services field).Skills:3 to 5 years of experience in sales/referral representation in healthcare and/or community settings.Strong understanding of medical terminology. Hospice experience highly desirable.Must possess the ability to communicate physical and psychosocial needs of patients and families.Ability to present the hospice program and continuum of care in a positive manner and facilitate a timely anized, flexible, self-motivated, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a professional medical team.Able to respond to several cases simultaneously, prioritizing continually, yet following up in a timely manner on urgent needs. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
