We are seeking a Partner to join our clients in Philadelphia, Conshohocken, New York, Nashville, or Princeton. The ideal candidate will focus on Healthcare Regulatory law.Core Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clients adhere to healthcare laws and regulations such as HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act. Develop compliance programs to address risks and maintain regulatory adherence.Corporate Governance: Advise on healthcare-related corporate matters, including structuring transactions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic initiatives compliant with laws.Risk Management: Guide clients in assessing and mitigating risks associated with healthcare operations, including risk assessment and insurance vestigations and Enforcement: Represent clients in investigations and enforcement actions by agencies like the Department of Health and Human Services and the Office of Inspector General.Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft and negotiate healthcare service agreements, physician employment contracts, and managed care agreements in compliance with applicable laws.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing legal and business guidance to ensure client satisfaction.Minimum Requirements:Over 3 years of legal practice focusing on Healthcare Regulatory, Healthcare M&A, or related areas.Portable book of business worth $300k or more.Benefits of Joining:Work within a firm of 75+ attorneys specializing in transactional and litigation work across various sectors including Banking & Financial Services, Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Cannabis, and more.Join a firm recognized with awards such as Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Top Workplaces, and others.Be part of a diverse team that includes Am Law and boutique firm alumni, in-house counsel, and leaders who operate with a client-focused approach, acting as outside in-house counsel for a variety of companies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
