Position General Manager – manages the day-to-day operation of the Collision Center to deliver exceptional and successful customer experiences, in compliance with established policies and procedures. Plans and implements daily operations to meet KPI and insurance metrics. Coaches and empowers team members to achieve their performance goals. Maintains the highest standards of professionalism in serving customers and leads by example. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center. Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives. Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews. Monitor and maintain all accounts payable and accounts receivable related to the Collision Center. Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times. Monitor maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth. Provide training for all staff as necessary. Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code. Open and close the facility daily per established procedures. Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm throughput and delivery dates. Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards and manage store capacity. Lead and manage all repair facility personnel. Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings; attend monthly managers meetings. Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team. Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours. Education and/or Experience Required Post-Secondary Education or equivalent. Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role. Required Skills/Abilities Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to deliver a consistent, successful client experience. Clear verbal and written communication. Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills. The physical demands of the job may be required to successfully perform essential functions.
