With a mission to provide top-notch service while building strong community relationships, we are dedicated to maintaining a positive and fun workplace culture that reflects our commitment to our team and customers.Position OverviewThe Director of Operations/GM will have P&L responsibility for the entirety of the Denver Operation. Successful outcomes will be attained by working with Operations Managers and Field Managers to align and deliver results through setting goals and KPI's, aligning our Blue Sky Purpose and Values to deliver exceptional customer service and outcomes for our team members, our customers, and the communities in which we live & serve. Coordination and collaboration with department managers will be critical to your success.Responsibilities:Lead and develop a dynamic team of 100+ in a high growth and rapidly changing environmentEmpower Field Managers to demonstrate decision making using sales data, technician feedback, KPI's, and process accountabilityDefine and cascade annual revenue targets, commission structures and lead the overall planning processAssist each individual Leader and Field Manager and help them to achieve their goalsEstablish, foster, and drive strong relationships with other departments to provide open lines of communication for feedback, job scheduling and lead generationInspire and motivate a team of experienced service professionals to achieve results through training and developmentPartner with ‘HB Solutions Group' Marketing to ensure we are strategically spending our marketing funds to maximize efficient growth in the Denver MarketPartner with ‘HB Solutions Group' for HR, Accounting and Call center supportMaintain highly visible presence by conducting regular field visits and accountability to ensure excellence and value-add via our established processesAssist with vendor discussions & negotiationsRecruitment and retention through building a strong culture of teamwork within all departmentsRequirements10-15 years of progressive experience and proven ability in P&L leadership, strategy/ consulting and/or corporate growth program management rolePossess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team membersStrategic thinking capabilities to evaluate, assess, and make recommendations for changeAnalytical and very comfortable navigating data to derive insights and define strategiesAbility to provide unparalleled customer satisfactionAbility to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectivesBe detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environmentStrategic mindset and can-do attitude. Able to translate strategic goals into actionable activitiesAbility to direct and lead effective and efficient performance of a team.
