OverviewJoin to apply for the General Manager role at SavATreePosition Title: General Manager / Market LeaderLocation: Sterling, VASalary: $100,000-$130,000 Per YearIncentives: Annual Bonus + EquityResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the overall productivity and profitability of the market they service.Balance Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement and Market Growth to achieve business goals in Sales, Customer Net Promoter Score, Employee Engagement, Profitability and Growth.Retain current customers, add new customers, and expand Service Lines.Lead, coach, develop, and engage the Sales team and support staff to achieve profitable, sustainable growth for the market.Travel to observe and manage external properties; apply expertise to ensure client landscape health and well-being, and mentor the team.Develop sales targets, monitor performance, and implement program guidelines to achieve customer satisfaction and budgets.Oversee operations for maximum productivity and safety; manage fleet and branch resources to perform services on time and meet standards and regulatory compliance.Oversee administration of all paperwork and data entry, implement guidelines, and drive process improvements.What kind of person are we looking for?
