OverviewSupply Planner T-1 - II, Hackettstown, NJThe Execution Planner plays an interconnected role with various functions of the business, consuming and sharing information across the S&OE timeframe for their item set. Responsible for near-term decisions related to product transfers, production prioritizations, order management requests, raw/packaging material shortages, age/freshness management, and managing the frozen production schedule. The Execution Planner also drives continuous improvement initiatives raised through the S&OE meeting structure by utilizing exception management, performance trends and problem-solving skills.What are we looking for?MinimumB.S. or BA in supply chain management, science and/or engineering1-3 years of supply chain experience for a global or multi-plant consumer packaged goods companyExperience with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (preferably JDA, E2open or RapidResponse)Experience in working internationally in a fast paced, reputable global consumer product company organized in a matrix structureDemonstrated ability to influence areas not under direct control to achieve objectives and effectively communicate challenging goals and objectivesDemonstrate ability to be consistently reliable, proactive and available to triage supply disruptions and effectively manage time around critical prioritiesUp to 20% travelPreferredProficient in program management, production execution, material procurement and financial impact analysisKey responsibilitiesMake short-term, exception management decisions to optimize service, cost and cashLead weekly S&OE feeder meetings and processDrive/support continuous improvement projects and problem-solving cards related to service, cost and cash issuesLeverage cognitive automation Rebalancing tool to manage current inventories across 6 warehouse networkDevelop/execute action plans to mitigate customer service and NQC risksExecute short-term plan by facilitating weekly MPS meetings with manufacturing sitesProactively manage obsolescence and aging through analysis, tracking and freshness waiversProvide weekly service risks and expected recovery communications for the wider businessCoordinate order management requests with the customer supply chain teamCoordinate with cross-functional partner teams for Seasonal and Display fixed quantity processesCoordinate with cross-functional partner teams for Turn, Affiliate, and Innovation processesWhat can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse and talented Associates, guided by The Five PrinciplesJoin a purpose-driven company focused on building the world we want tomorrow, todayBest-in-class learning and development support, including access to Mars UniversityIndustry-competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
