To learn more, visit our benefits and perks page.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pmThe Total Rewards Benefits Partner is responsible for the administration of the Group Health and Welfare Employee Benefits Plans offered by Digi-Key Electronics. This role serves as a subject matter expert on an assigned area of responsibility within the lineup of benefits offered, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, 401(k), and wellness plans. This position provides guidance and assistance to all locations in the United States and is responsible for the implementation and management of employee benefit and wellness programs that are broadly accessible, metrics based, and designed to improve health outcomes.This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office. Domestic travel between DigiKey offices may be required to provide localized support.Location: Thief River Falls, MNCompensation: $65,000 to $90,000; many factors influence base pay within this range, including experience, knowledge, capabilities, performance, and budget considerations.Note: DigiKey Electronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve best-in-class programs and plan designs in the area of Health and Wellness Administer employee wellness programs under four key pillars of wellbeing: financial, mental, physical, social Process enrollments and vendor invoice reconciliation Respond in a timely manner to employee questions on health and wellness plans within an assigned area Respond timely and professionally to inquiries or concerns resulting in an equitable resolution Partner cross-functionally to align benefit strategies with organizational goals and operational capabilities Manage vendor performance on service level agreements, customer service, client support and program utilization Monitor and report on engagement in benefit and wellness plans; analyze utilization and outcomes and recommend improvements Administer employee benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, disability, and 401(k)) in compliance with plan rules and regulations Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures Lead project teams, drive cross-functional goals, and address issues related to the program Manage all aspects of annual open enrollment, including implementation of new plans, communications, enrollment guides, on-site and virtual sessions, and HRIS configuration/testing Provide support in HRIS testing and implementation of new programs Perform advanced-level administrative and project management work Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of benefits and wellness plan administration experience 2-3 years of experience in data processing, document management and customer engagement 2-3 years of experience in vendor performance management Technical proficiency in PHI, HIPAA, ERISA, and benefit compliance Attention to detail and follow-through, customer/client focus, professionalism, project management, time management, and strong written and oral communication Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, organizational behavior, or similar field, or equivalent work experience CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR Certification preferred Tools/Systems/Software Experience with HRIS systems and/or Workday Microsoft Suite Physical Requirements Generally, sit at a workstation and use computer devices (keyboard, mouse, screen) Occasional repetitive motions of hands and wrists Compensation The base pay range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000. Many factors influence base pay within a range, including the candidate’s experience, knowledge, capabilities, and performance, and the company budget.
