Be part of our transformational journey as we optimize the opportunity towards becoming a leading technology, data, and innovation voice in healthcare.JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Technical Product Delivery is responsible for leading engineering teams in the delivery of data platform solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including data pipelines, data quality framework, semantic/presentation layer, and orchestration services. The incumbent provides input to make critical business decisions, including staffing and process improvement, and impacts day-to-day operations through the oversight of the technology team. The incumbent operates with considerable latitude for unreviewed decisions and uses an extensive range of knowledge to complete job responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide Leadership to teams of data engineering professionals that include Data Engineering Managers, Data Engineers, Test Engineers and Data/Business Analysts. Operate as a technical authority within the SAFe agile framework, demonstrating and coaching others in servant leadership. Work with Business Owners, Product Owners, Portfolio Managers and Architects to identify future work and help set up the delivery teams for success. Build and maintain successful relationships with all departments, stakeholders and external customers involved. Hire and retain the best talent. Coach teams to operate efficiently, to work at a sustained pace. Identify growth opportunities, evaluate risks and provide recommendations to realize benefits. Ensure that the teams adhere to best practices with respect to Technology, Quality, and Process. Responsible for department budget, including resource staffing and technology hosting/license costs, and participation in Technology planning and budgeting. Responsible for the overall stability of the product, work closely with incident management group to deal with Priority incidents. Responsible for administrative duties related to reporting staff such as performance reviews, salary administration etc. Be a champion of Claritev's core culture; ACTS - (Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork and Service Excellence) Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. Requirements (Education, Experience, and Training) Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 4 equivalent years of related experience. Experience: 4+ years of technical product delivery experience as part of a scrum-agile team. 6+ years of resource management background. Cloud & Data Technologies: Expertise with data technologies in modern cloud environments, including OCI, AWS, and Azure. (specific technologies to be detailed). Experience evaluating and integrating data frameworks and tools such as Kafka, Hadoop, and Delta Lake into enterprise architecture. Hands-on experience implementing scalable ETL/ELT workflows for structured and unstructured data sources. Experience designing and optimizing Spark-based data processing pipelines (batch and streaming), with resource optimization on distributed computing clusters. Experience driving adoption of event-driven and microservices-based architectural patterns across distributed systems. Data Management & Governance: Monitoring and optimizing data workloads, ELT/ETL pipelines, data orchestration, data storage, data modeling, data quality, and data security/compliance. Performance tuning, fault tolerance, and workload management for large-scale data environments. Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and workflows, including healthcare claim parsing and processing. Soft Skills & Leadership: Strong communication, project management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, and planning skills. Ability to develop collaborative relationships, facilitate teams, and manage customer relationships to identify improvements. Commitment to customer service excellence and consistent follow-through. Ability to manage multiple projects with reprioritization as business needs change. Effective in presenting information and responding to questions from stakeholders. Problem-solving, flexibility, and a strong business owner mindset. Compensation The salary range for this position is $160-170K. Specific offers consider education, experience, skills, work location, and internal equity. This position is eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunities.
