POSITION INTRODUCTION:We are looking for a CEO who will lead, build, and influence the progression of Northwest Anesthesia Physicians business operations. You will be able to cultivate the next generation of business professionals. You will provide strategic leadership and direction in collaboration with the Board of Directors. As the business leader, you will have oversight of creating, strengthening, and sustaining the programs, processes, and policies that empower and grow the workforce, supporting and advancing the organization, and thereby enabling Northwest Anesthesia Physicians to deliver on our mission.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibility for the business operations including the core areas of strategic planning and growth, fiscal management, operations management and data reporting, quality improvement and regulatory compliance, human resources and workforce development, stakeholder partnerships, technology and innovation, and fostering a culture of ownership.Reports to the Board of Directors Executive Committee and works in partnership to deliver on the mission and the strategic initiatives.Day to Day Responsibilities Include:Managing business operations to provide key metrics demonstrating delivery on set targets.Effectively lead or co-lead negotiation efforts deploying strategic initiatives.Resolve business operational issues by maintaining communications with Executive Committee and/or directly within the business operations team to ensure timely resolution.Enhance operational effectiveness by advancing processes, policies, leveraging tools and technology, streamlining and creating efficiency, and coaching business professionals, while emphasizing cost containment and high quality.Overseeing financial health of the organization through close working relationship with Finance Director.Maintaining sustaining partnerships with service location stakeholders and identifying further opportunities for growth.Ownership of contract management and regulatory compliance.Participate in Board of Director meetings, Executive Committee, and stakeholder meetings.Participate in recruitment of providers and lead recruitment of staff.Oversee credentialing and onboarding, performance evaluation process, retention strategies, and a variety of human resources activities.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field of study.Master of Health Administration or Master of Business Administration degree preferred.Experience:Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in business operational management.Management experience in administration and operation of physician practices.Experience with the practice of anesthesia, surgery, or similarly complex medical discipline preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Familiarity with health care delivery, accounting and finance, and health care legislation to evaluate and resolve complex issues.Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize complex processes.Excellent leadership, analytical, operations, problem solving, and communication skills to maintain effective working relationships internally and externally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
