Canon USA is seeking a Senior Network Solutions Specialist. The Senior Network Solutions Specialist will perform solution implementations for comprehensive solutions addressing a diverse range of document-centric customer business problems.These solutions encompass document imaging, document management, document workflow, document distribution, cost accounting, and other related services. The Engineer is primarily responsible for providing post-sales support and implementation services as well as managing FedRAMP services, Salesforce development, and fleet management administration.This position is full time and is considered virtual. The office will be open 5 days a week; however you will not be required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need.Your ImpactThe position responsibilities span from supporting FedRAMP operations to deploying Enterprise content management and supporting updates to our Salesforce and Fleet management systems. Listed below are the daily responsibilities for supporting our FedRAMP operations.Vulnerability scanning / managementTenable Nessus (Internal)Qualys Web App Scan (External)Based on the results from the aboveCreate JIRA ticket for each relevant finding (non windows update)Attempt to resolve any of the findingsIf not able to fix finding / vulnerability – escalate JIRA ticket to senior members of the teamPOAM document managementUpdate the POAM document (excel) – with the monthly findings (non Windows update)Update status of findings as needed in an ongoing basisQuarterly Baseline scanningTool used: Tenable Nessus – STIG baseline scansBased on Baseline findings:Open JIRA ticketsAttempt to resolve via GPO updates / registry key modificationsEscalate to senior members of team if unable to resolveSymantec End Point Management (SEPM)Manage SEPM serverRun updatesMonitor dashboardManage SEPM clients on all serversDeploy clients as neededVerify latest version is deployedVendor liaisonWork with vendors (Broadcom for SEPM, Tenable for Nessus, Qualys for Qualys as neededAbout You: The Skills & Expertise You BringBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 to 8 years of related experienceProficiency in tools like Nessus, Qualys to identify and assess system weaknessesStrong experience with Symantec End Point Management (SEPM)Security Frameworks: Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and other industry standards for structured risk managementSIEM & Monitoring Tools: Experience with platforms like Splunk, IBM QRadar, or ArcSight for real-time threat detection and log analysisThreat Modeling & Risk Assessment: Ability to anticipate vulnerabilities and design mitigation strategiesKnowledge of Windows Server, GPO, Active Directory, SQL Server, and SQL Management StudioMust be available to work beyond standard hours as requiredUp to 15% travel occasionally with 2-3 overnights staysIn accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $92,210 - $138,080 annuallyCompany OverviewAbout our Company - Kyosei philosophy of social and environmental responsibility.Equal Employment OpportunityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
