The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing leadership necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. REQUIRES US CITIZENSHIP MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE ONSITE - WASHINGTON, DC REMOTE WORK POSSIBLEResponsibilities:Develop IaC with proficiency using CloudFormation, Terraform, and/or AWS CDK on AWS to build and maintain immutable infrastructure for containerized Linux systems.Maintain IaC in git repos using Visual code on windows or Linux based editors.Work closely with system administrators to maintain and build IaC for ECS clusters for Weblogic, Drupal, Tomcat, Node.js, Nginx, and other Linux application stacks.Support CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins or Gitlab runners.Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime.Developing and maintaining IaC for immutable infrastructure for various AWS resources including but not limited to EFS, ECS task definitions and services, ALB listeners and rules, Target Groups, Security Groups, IAM Roles, AWS Config rules, Event Bridge Rules, and Cloud Watch Alarms.Responsible in developing and maintaining AWS Lambda functionsResponsible in developing and building infrastructure using AWS Cloud Formation TemplatesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related fieldExperience with AWS Cloud ArchitectureExperience with TerraformExperience with AWS CDKExperience with Full stack developmentAWS Certifications (preferred)Experience with ECS ClusterExperience with KubernetesExperience with Infrastructure as CodeExperience with AWS Cloud FormationExperience with AWS ArchitectureExperience with AWS DevOps and DevelopmentExperience with Python (Programming Language)Experience in using git repositories such as Gitlab, Github, AWS CodeCommitExperience working with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins/AWS CodePipeline/Gitlab RunnersLinux experienceAble to work in an agile, cross-functional teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented.Able to work independently with little to no oversightAbout Us: Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is a woman and minority-owned small business headquartered in Chantilly, VA.
