This high-visibility role partners closely with senior leadership to provide insights that guide decision-making, drive profitability, and support long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a background in multi-unit retail or restaurant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company-wide financial planning process, including annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting.Oversee development of consolidated P&L views, KPI dashboards, and segment-level reporting to support executive leadership and board-level presentations.Monitor performance vs. plan, providing variance analysis, root cause insights, and recommendations to optimize results.Partner with operations, marketing, supply chain, and HR to align financial forecasts with strategic objectives.Lead revenue forecasting and labor modeling, incorporating macroeconomic factors, industry benchmarks, and internal performance trends.Manage and mentor a growing team of analysts, building scalable FP&A processes and elevating the finance function.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8+ years of progressive experience in finance or FP&A, including prior management experience.Background in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or consumer-facing industries required.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership with data-driven insights.Equity: sign-on and annual equity grantsBenefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.What We OfferSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: FinanceIndustries: Staffing and Recruiting and RestaurantsMedical insuranceVision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
